• Physical Therapist Position Introduction We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Raymore, Missouri.
• This position is designed for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, practical treatment planning, and working with a team that values clear communication.
• The clinic treats a wide patient population, ranging from adolescents to older adults, with a primary focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, build care plans, provide skilled treatment, document progress through WebPT, and help patients move toward better function and recovery.

Salary Range

$65K–$70K annually for new graduates $80K–$90K annually for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience Schedule Flexibility The clinic would strongly prefer one of the following schedule options: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinical Environment Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Collaborative and supportive clinical team New graduates encouraged to apply Professional growth and development opportunities available Key Responsibilities Evaluate patient mobility, pain, range of motion, strength, balance, and functional ability Create individualized care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and mobility work Guide patients through home exercise programs and safe activity progression Reassess patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed Complete documentation accurately in WebPT Coordinate with PTAs to support continuity and quality of care Communicate with patients, providers, and referral sources as appropriate Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna
