Pay

• $1,300- $1,600 per week Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to care for a 12 year old pediatric patient in the Jacksonville area (32207). He is the sweetest boy who loves to laugh and interact with his nurses!
• Skills needed:
• GT/JT,
• Colostomy care,
• PICC line with
• TPN/Lipid infusions
• Schedule: M-W, F-SUN 7P-7A, F-SUN 7A-7P Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000!

• Job duties include but are not limited to: Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient Are You the Right Candidate?
