The RN will conduct in-home client assessments to develop individualized care plans and serve as a clinical liaison between families, physicians, and caregivers. They are also responsible for training caregivers and ensuring compliance with state home care regulations.
Candidates must hold a current Georgia RN license and BLS certification. Two years of experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
