Provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care through safe and cost-effective drug therapy management and recommendations. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop protocols and provide education to staff and patients.
Requires a Pharm.D. or RPh with at least 7 years of experience and a Missouri pharmacist license (or ability to obtain one within 90 days). Candidates must be willing to comply with mandatory immunization requirements.
Provides patient-focused pharmaceutical care through rational, safe, and cost-effective drug therapy evaluation, management, recommendations, and patient education. Participates in the development and presentation of orientation, education, and training programs to patients, pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff and to other parties as appropriate upon request. Participates in departmental quality improvement projects upon request and facilitates effective communication regarding initiatives to appropriate parties. Maintains competence required for current job title/position and engages in professional self-development.

The pay range for this job begins at $60.71/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
