NurseCore is seeking a poised and professional Home Health CNA to provide one-on-one care for an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home in Northwest Las Vegas. | Fri 9a-6p & Sat 6p-11p.

Schedule

• Friday: 9:00
• AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide intimate personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene
• Measure, empty, and record urinary drainage bag output
• Take and document vital signs as needed
• Assist with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment
• Assist with passive and active range of motion exercises
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Occasional errands
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High-acuity patient experience
• Physical strength and stamina for transfers and hands-on care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work effectively in a family home environment
• Polished professional appearance and nails kept short

• Credential Requirements
• More than 1 year of CNA or HHA experience
• Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of a background check
