Job description

NurseCore is seeking a highly skilled RN or LPN for a temporary 3 - 4 month high-acuity home health assignment in NW Las Vegas. This is an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home with family present. Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM

Schedule

5-hour shifts | Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM
3 - 4 Month Assignment

Responsibilities

G-tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy management
Intimate personal care tasks
Safe patient handling and transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle)

Compensation

$40/hour – LPN
$55/hour – RN
$1,250 Sign-On Bonus (case-specific)

Bonus Structure

$500 paid after completion of training
$750 paid at completion of assignment

Requirements

High-acuity home health or similar experience
Strong clinical judgment with complex care patients
Physical strength and stamina
Reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills in a family home environment
Polished professional appearance and nails kept short

Credential Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Nevada
More than 1-year post grad clinical experience
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB test within the past 12 months
Successful background check clearance
