• In-Person: Building deep, face-to-face rapport within the Arizona community.
• What You’ll Need to Join Us ✔ Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. ✔ Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!). ✔ Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus. ✔ Age: 21+ years old. ✔ Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification. ✔ Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
