Provide immediate crisis intervention and mobile direct care management for survivors of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Support victims through court attendance, medical appointments, and assistance with practical needs like public assistance and property recovery.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and lived experience as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse or trafficking with at least three years of recovery. Candidates must also meet specific spiritual qualifications and be able to work flexible, on-call hours.

As part of an Anti-Trafficking Mobile Team, consisting of an AT Team Supervisor, AT Advocate, and AT Clinician, the AT Mentor will provide care for commercially sexually exploited (CSE) and trafficked children and young adults (up to age 24). The Mentor serves as the first responder to provide immediate crisis intervention and mobile direct services support, once a survivor/victim is recovered. Because of the shared lived experiences of the Mentor and the victim/survivor, this first responder intervention is designed to increase the opportunity of establishing a bond with a safe, caring person who understands the experience firsthand. The AT Mentor position is designed to provide mobile direct services support to the victim/survivor as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to type, lift, or feel. The employee needs to be able to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) as well as drive in their assigned areas, and meet with clients in varying locations.
