The role is responsible for processing patient prescription refills in a medical office according to physician directions and established protocols. The technician ensures quality care is provided to all patients by utilizing basic clinical protocols.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or have a GED with at least 2 years of clinical office experience. Proficiency and understanding of electronic medical records are required.

REQUIRED High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). 2 years’ clinical office experience Understanding and experience with electronic medical records. PREFERRED
