The role involves maintaining inbound and outbound patient records by scanning, importing, and exporting medical documentation. It also requires coordinating with providers to ensure charts are updated and authorized information is released according to HIPAA guidelines.
This is an entry-level position requiring 0-3 years of experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to handle clerical tasks with high attention to detail.

Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
