The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for a designated group of patients. They also manage unit supplies and equipment while promoting teamwork within the healthcare team.
Candidates must possess a Nursing Degree and current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in PACU or ICU and ACLS certification are required.
Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
