Requires a high school diploma or GED, with some college preferred and experience working with mandated participants in the criminal justice system. Strong communication, organizational, and database entry skills are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish skills being a plus.

$27.48 per hour (approximately $50,000 annually) Days/Hours: Varies: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, 11:30am–7:30pm; subject to change based on program needs
Responsible for facilitating Abusive Partner Intervention groups, case management duties including individual sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting client progress for reporting to the courts, and making referrals to internal and external services. Case Manager must actively listen to participants to fully understand their housing needs, concerns, and potential barriers. This skill is essential in building trust, ensuring appropriate referrals, and developing effective housing plans tailored to everyone’s situation.
Case Manager should possess a strong understanding of a wide range of housing programs, subsidies, and resources, including those offered by government agencies and non-profit organizations. This knowledge enables them to guide participants through the housing process, make appropriate referrals, and advocate effectively on their behalf.

Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups using evidence based curricula; Perform general case management duties, including weekly individual sessions with clients, referrals to community based services, developing client schedules, and client centered treatment plans; Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing needs; Provide referrals to ensure all participants’ concrete needs are addressed; Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all client information into the agency’s database; Provide accurate and timely data and information to be included in court reports; Monitor participants attendance and compliance with mandate requirements; Conduct toxicology for clients as needed; Participate in case conferences for optimum collaboration among departments/programs and external agencies; Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and trainings; Conduct weekly chart audits; Engage in his/her own ongoing professional development; Additional responsibilities as required. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED/HSE required, some college preferred; Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice involvement; Strong Microsoft Office and database entry skills; Strong assessment and engagement skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and leadership skills Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Demonstrated ability to support and guide staff while upholding program standards.
