The Health Coach RN provides lifestyle coaching and behavior modification to help members manage their health and improve their quality of life. The role involves planning and assisting members in achieving specific health goals under general supervision.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of related experience and a current Louisiana State RN license. Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentational forms are required.
The Health Coach RN provides provide lifestyle health coaching with behavior modification to assist members in health self-management in order to enjoy a better quality of life. This position relies on education, experience and judgment to plan and assist the member in accomplishing health goals. Creativity and some latitudes are expected to complete the responsibilities of the role, performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
