The role involves scheduling for clinic physicians and PACE nursing while managing clinic supply orders. Additionally, the associate performs clinical tasks such as glucose monitoring, taking vital signs, and providing personal care to participants.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations. Required certifications include a DSW or CNA license and BLS certification.
The Clinic Service Clerk/ACA performs Service Scheduling of Clinic physicians, PACE Nursing and responsible for orders of clinic supplies, glucose monitoring, vital signs and Participant Care Activities and Personal Care and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.
