The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans to improve strength and mobility. They provide therapeutic interventions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes in a home setting.
Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Missouri. While home health experience is preferred, strong clinical judgment and communication skills are required.
