The RN is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They plan and direct hospice services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
A valid Indiana Registered Nurse License is required. Previous experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred.

The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
