The RN-Intake performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments, while accurately documenting patient care. They collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and education to ensure physical and emotional well-being.
Applicants must hold a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and a BLS certification. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, while a Bachelor's Degree and one year of healthcare experience are preferred.
Monday – Friday, 8: 30am – 5:00pm
