The LPN is responsible for promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through nursing skills and meaningful relationship building. They must collaborate with facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and maintain a positive work environment.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management, resident assessment, and a strong passion for geriatric nursing are required.
