The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for fee-for-service patients across various clinic locations. The role also involves assisting with other clinic functions and adhering to established workflows and policies.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with current Mississippi state licensure. Preferred qualifications include CPR, ACLS, and IV certifications, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee‑for‑service patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually, and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed.
