The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative tasks under the supervision of licensed medical providers. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients and visitors while ensuring efficient daily operations.
A high school diploma and a certification such as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or EMT-B are required upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
