Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities and conducting regular well-being checks. Handle admission screenings, search belongings, and maintain timely shift documentation according to agency policies.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience working with substance use populations and a valid MA Driver's License are preferred.

Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities. Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks. Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties. Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor. Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
