Provide direct support and personal care to clients in their homes to help them maintain independence. Support clients in achieving individualized goals and facilitate community engagement.
Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance. Candidates must be comfortable visiting clients in their homes and providing transportation if necessary.
