Serves as a clinical staff member maintaining therapeutic relationships and ensuring a safe environment for mental health and addiction patients. Performs technical patient care duties, monitors behavior, and assists with activities of daily living.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services, with a preference for one year of experience in psychiatric or addiction care. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing physical restraints if necessary.
