Responsible for providing total nursing care, assessment, and implementation of individualized care plans for patients in their homes. This includes administering medications, completing OASIS assessments, and coordinating with primary care physicians.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited professional nursing school and at least two years of nursing experience. Must hold a current Texas RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
