The Health Coordinator oversees the medical components of group home operations for individuals with developmental disabilities. Key duties include managing medications, coordinating medical appointments, and providing skilled nursing care and training.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid LPN license, BLS, and CPR certifications. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required.

The Health Coordinator position is for an LPN to oversee the medical component of group home operations. The LPN Health Coordinator performs tasks related to medical appointments, medication management, skilled community assessment visits, and home medical supports.
