What is a DSP? A DSP works with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and aims to assist people in realizing their full potential. You will help people become integrated and engaged in their community by assisting with everyday activities and supporting them in improving their health, safety, and wellbeing.

This position requires 12 and 14 hour shifts, Weekends. Overnight is required.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to complete paid training in CPR and First Aid and work flexible shifts including overnights and weekends.
