Registered Dental Hygienist (Temp-to-Hire)

Registered Dental Hygienist (Temp-to-Hire) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a temp-to-hire opportunity beginning June 29th. This position is expected to last approximately 3 months, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. Our office is looking for someone who is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing excellent clinical care while creating a positive experience for every patient. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Every other Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Fridays are optional

Responsibilities

Provide preventive dental hygiene care and periodontal therapy Perform dental cleanings, charting, and patient assessments Take digital x-rays as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Support the doctor and team in delivering exceptional patient care Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable by state) CPR certification Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Experience with digital charts and x-rays preferred
