The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals experiencing pain or trauma.

This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while prioritizing patient safety and quality care.

The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both physical and psychosocial aspects of health.

By integrating evidence-based pain management strategies and trauma-informed care, the practitioner will enhance patient outcomes and support long-term wellness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty by a recognized certifying body.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments, patient diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, with a focus on family medicine and pain management.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Respond to trauma cases by providing timely and effective nursing interventions and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
