Provide direct support and monitoring for adult men in a substance use disorder treatment program to foster sustainable recovery. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living needs, facilitating educational groups, and maintaining accurate resident records.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience in human services or behavioral health is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to complete DHS 83 training.

We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery.
This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change.

This role is active and hands‑on. You’ll be moving throughout the facility, supporting residents indoors and outdoors, and occasionally assisting with seasonal tasks like snow shoveling or yard care. Travel for resident appointments may be required (25–50%).
