Deliver comprehensive care to NICU patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, and intervention. Maintain continuity of care and implement age-specific safety and infection control measures.
Requires a Nursing diploma or Associate degree (BSN preferred) and a valid RN license. Candidates must have one year of clinical experience and obtain BCLS, NRP, NRPA, and CPI certifications.
