$63 - $93 / HOUR
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in a behavioral medical unit while supervising assigned nursing staff. Collaborates with healthcare teams and families to implement care plans and promote a safe healing environment.
Requires a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, along with CPI or TEAM training. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and acute care experience are preferred.
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
