Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a valid California Registered Nurse license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one or more years of RN experience is highly preferred.
