Associate's degree in Nursing with CRNA certification required Valid RN license and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist Experience in anesthesia administration in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of anesthesia pharmacology and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments Commitment to patient safety and quality care Availability for flexible shifts as needed
