Provides clerical and operational support for research conducted by hospital staff and physicians. Responsibilities include patient recruitment, consenting, data collection, and contributing to study design.
A high school diploma is required, while a four-year college degree is preferred. One year of related experience is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Provides support for research being conducted by the Hospital and associate Physicians, Nurses or other clinical staff. Under the direction of the Research Department, the incumbent performs various clerical duties, assists with patient recruitment and consenting for research participation, in data collection and entry and provides input into study design. RA may have other duties as assigned to facilitate incoming project, department, and institutional needs.
