Provide therapy services to individuals and families in their homes according to physician orders and under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. Assess patient conditions and report significant changes to nursing supervisors and the registered PT.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a PTA in a hospital or outpatient facility setting. A passion for helping others and the ability to work independently in a home care environment are desired.
