Provide personalized one-on-one care to elderly clients, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily routines. Maintain a safe home environment while providing emotional support and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
Candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification and have a current physical exam. Reliable transportation and a professional attitude are required, while experience with dementia or Alzheimer's is preferred.
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with daily routines Light housekeeping and laundry Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Provide reminders and cueing as needed Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
