• LUX Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and suite-based infusion therapy.
• This role is responsible for safely administering IV treatments, monitoring patient response, and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while collaborating with internal and external care teams.
• This is a flexible, field-based role requiring travel within a designated metropolitan area.
• Key Responsibilities Insert, manage, and remove peripheral and central IV lines (PICC, Port, Midline) Administer prescribed IV medications, fluids, and nutrition therapy Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately Perform venipuncture and collect lab samples as ordered Complete full patient assessments including vitals and review of systems Document all clinical activity accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and line care Coordinate and confirm patient visits in alignment with physician orders Communicate patient status, concerns, and updates to providers and care teams Collaborate with internal staff, agencies, and leadership to ensure continuity of care Submit therapy administration reports and required documentation Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standards Participate in quality assurance and audit activities Travel to patient homes and clinical sites within assigned territory Required Qualifications Active RN license in state of practice Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 2 years of RN experience IV certification with experience in central line care and management Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Experience in home health, infusion, critical care, emergency nursing, or similar setting Proficiency with venous access and phlebotomy Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
