Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and assess strength, mobility, pain, balance, range of motion, and functional limitations Develop plans of care based on patient goals, clinical findings, and diagnosis Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy services Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation Teach patients home programs, safe activity progression, and recovery strategies Monitor patient outcomes and make treatment updates when needed Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Consider this full-time Physical Therapist opportunity if you are looking for a modern outpatient clinic, a steady orthopedic caseload, and a role with room to keep growing clinically.
