The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and creating individualized plans of care. They provide skilled treatments, including manual therapy and exercise, while documenting progress in WebPT and collaborating with PTAs.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and possess a Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility. While new graduates are encouraged to apply, experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
$65K–$70K annually for new graduate Physical Therapists $80K–$90K annually for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience Schedule Options The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following options: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinical Setting This clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, with individual patient volume averaging 7–15 patients per day. Most patients are treated for orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns, including mobility limitations, pain-related movement issues, strength deficits, balance concerns, post-injury recovery, and return-to-activity goals.
