Provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for creating plans of care and maintaining detailed progress notes and discharge summaries.
Must possess a valid State Speech Language Pathologist license and credentials. Experience in skilled nursing facilities or acute care is required, along with a Covid vaccine in specific locations.
We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
