The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Services are provided in accordance with the standards of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and under the direction of the attending physician. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current North Carolina SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
