Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Skilled Nursing Facility Carolina Therapy Services ? Coastal Region – New Bern, NC Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing setting in New Bern, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative therapy team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Services are provided in accordance with the standards of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and under the direction of the attending physician. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Why Join Carolina Therapy Services? Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current North Carolina SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
