Experience That Counts (You May Already Have It)

• We require one year of verifiable caregiving experience or recent CNA graduation. Your experience may include:
• In‑home caregiving
• Assisted living or memory care
• Group home or residential support
• Hospice or respite care
• PCA, HHA, DSP, or direct care roles
• Recent CNA school or clinical rotations
