The Case Manager helps individuals experiencing homelessness identify causes of their situation and develop independent living plans. They coordinate referrals for employment, education, medical, and mental health services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
