  • Work: The Med-Surg unit at Atrium Health Lake Norman is a 24-bed unit offering a fast-paced, team-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Nurses on this unit manage a diverse range of medical and post-surgical patients, providing valuable experience and opportunities to build strong inpatient clinical skills.
  • With a bedside ratio of 1:6, the unit supports safe, efficient care while fostering collaboration among nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Teamwork, communication, and a commitment to compassionate care are at the core of the unit’s culture.

  • For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS are required within 6 months of hire inpatient nurse aide experience
