The Residential Rehab Coordinator advocates for clients, develops and monitors treatment plans, and oversees medication management. They also serve as a liaison for service providers and ensure accurate documentation in an electronic health record system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with additional education in a healthcare field preferred. Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and de-escalate stressful situations.
