The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the daily activities of Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses. They collaborate with clinical staff and providers to communicate patient care information to residents and families.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree from an accredited Registered Nursing program. No prior experience is required, but excellent communication and professional customer service skills are necessary.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, and supervising the day to day nursing activities performed by the Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses in accordance with federal, state and local standards. The Registered Nurse collaborates with all clinical staff and providers, communicating patient care information to residents and their families.
