Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients and leads the coordination of care with interdisciplinary team members. Facilitates the patient's progress along the continuum of care.
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current MS RN license. Preferred candidates have one year of experience as a staff RN and proficiency in standard nursing practices.
Provides professional nursing care to an assigned patient population. Provides nursing leadership for coordination of care given with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate the patient along the continuum.
Graduation from an accredited, state-approved, school of nursing.
Current MS RN license or temporary permit for same (valid for 90 days only).
Experience: N/A
One (1) year as a staff RN.
Standard nursing principles, practices, and procedures. Ability to interpret physicians' instructions. Use and operation of equipment and instruments used in patient care.
