Requirements summary
Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with CPR (BLS) certification and experience in non-violent crisis intervention. A master's degree and 5 years of clinical experience are preferred.

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Advanced Counselor you will help by providing assessment and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups to meet the psychosocial needs of individuals accessing care at Archway Mental Health Services.
Works under the direction of the Director of Archway Mental Health Services.
Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive Behavioral Health department.Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their behavioral health journey with dignity and respect.
To be successful in this role, you must apply best practice in counseling and therapy services.
Provides individual, marital, family, and group assessments and therapies.

Job Requirements Required: Licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, and ability to develop therapeutic rapport with patients required.
Experience with non-violent crisis intervention required CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire Preferred: Prefer 5 years of clinical experience as a masters prepared social worker or counselor.
