• Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine to join our dedicated provider team at Riverside Mental Health and Recovery Center in a full time capacity.
• This role focuses on providing Psychiatric Emergency care to individuals who may have a diagnosable mental health condition as defined by the DSM-V-TR.
• Our facility includes the Commonwealth's only Psychiatric Emergency Department, an acute Mental Health and Recovery Center with 70 adult beds and 20 adolescent beds, and an on-campus Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offering a collaborative environment where psychiatrists work alongside Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), licensed clinicians, nursing staff, and fellow psychiatrists.
• Responsibilities include: Following EMTALA in caring for patients presenting to the Psychiatric ED Participating in multi-disciplinary treatment rounds Completing documentation in EPIC, our electronic medical record system At Riverside, we are committed to delivering the right care at the right time to enhance the well-being and health of our patients.
