Provide daily physical, emotional, and spiritual support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Assist with essential activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, and community-based social activities.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass various background clearances and drug screenings. A valid driver's license is required for positions in Community Homes.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - PRN part-time
Starting rate $20.00/hr. plus $1.50/hr shift differential when applicable.
DSP Open Positions - Wide range of open positions in our Community Homes (driver’s license required, Beaver County) and our Intermediate Care Facility (New Brighton).
PRN positions. Must commit to working 16-29 hours per week (4, 8, 12, or 16 hr shifts).
Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning. Ensure individuals health and safety
Ability to pass physical and drug screening Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting) TB testing
Driver’s License (if applicable)
